UES Class Evaluations
The Universal Evaluation System (UES) is UT Dallas' tool for online class and instructor evaluation. As of Spring 2011, UES evaluations are offered by request instead of traditional paper based Scantron forms. Anonymous participation is achieved via randomly generated "tokens" which can be distributed automatically via email or in class in physical (paper or card) form. Login is not required to participate, and no attempt to identify a token holder will be made.
Spring 2013 Progress
Overall University Response Rate: 61.17%
Email Based Class Evaluation
You may be invited to evaluation specific classes and/or instructors via an email from the UES system. Each email is personally generated for the recipiant and contains a web address (URL) which will link directly to the evaluation page. Just click the link embedded in the email to start the evaluation - no login is required.
Spring 2013 Evaluation Prizes
Three random drawings will be held throughout the evaluation period for students who complete their class evaluations before the last day of classes for this semester. Once you have submitted evaluations for all your classes, you'll be eligible for the drawings. The earlier you submit your evaluations, the more opportunities you will have to win. For Spring 2013, the drawings are for a chance to win one of three iPad Minis.

Got a UES Token?
If you have received an UES token (a unique, one time use code), it may be used to perform a class evaluation. In the box below, enter the token code exactly as it appears in your token document, including dashes to begin your evaluation. All tokens have an expiration time and can be used only once.
To start the evaluation, enter your token code and press the start evaluation button.
Viewing Evaluation Results
All evaluation results are openly available in CourseBook. School administrators may contact the Provost's Technology Group to learn about the UES Reporter - an alternate way to access results.
